I am an OD practitioner, Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Practitioner based in Switzerland. I am passionate about helping companies adapt to the challenges of the 21st century, finding better ways of working together and helping organizations, teams and individuals unleash their full potential.

After having worked as a software engineer on big enterprise software projects for a couple of years, I began to develop a knack for the “soft side” of projects. I got interested in agile methods like Scrum and XP and ever since then there was no turning back.

In the past two years I started helping companies make the transition to become an Agile Organization.

I’m actively involved in establishing an Agile community in Switzerland.

My interests are based in complexity science and network theory and how they can help organizations become more adaptive and effective. I’m is also a strong proponent of Theory Y and I’m convinced that Social Software will transform our workplaces in the next couple of years.
